These seem to open with a key card, but one of the elevators will work without the key. If he goes down another deck via taking the stairs? He'll just find a hallway submerged in water. Basically he found another path to the elevators leading to the bottom floor.

But okok Minato doesn't have his hopes up when he sticks the key into the lock, but that just means he's pleasantly surprised when it actually turns and opens. ]

[ Minato pokes at the buttons too, pressing his hand against the panel for a moment and pulling back when it starts to get too hot. It's too bad his element isn't electricity, but it's not like that would've jumpstarted the elevator anyways. ]

good, they can do this. Minato was on the kendo team instead of the swim team in school but he can sort of swim, he won't drown here. ]

Alright. Then, let's scout the place out. It looked like a hallway... I'll take the doors on the left, you take the right. We'll see if any of them open.

[ it'll probably be hard, with the water pressure, but who knows? Shess is strong, maybe one of the right side doors will give and they can hope nothing important is on Minato's side ]

I should be alright... Swimming's not a problem, and I can hold my breath for a minute or two. As long as the hall isn't completely submerged, I can come up for air.
