Ever since he sent me one, Hisoka made it a habit to keep me informed of his recipients, though I can't guess at his reasons.

It certainly has personality. Mine couldn't complete even a single word, much less several sentences' worth.

Noises, or someone's attempt at a code they weren't sure the recipient could decipher. Or just someone intent on sounding mysterious and cryptic.

Who can know with him, really? It's interesting that you'd say he sent it, though.
